Mì Ý sốt cùng nấm, thịt xông khói và kem tạo cảm giác ăn hoài không ngán vì nấm dai giòn hòa cùng thịt mằn mặn và nước sốt đậm đà, béo ngậy khi ăn cùng mì thì tạo cảm giác hài hòa, ngon miệng mà không ngấy. Nấm linh chim nấm hương, nấm mỡ rửa sạch, để ráo. Riêng nấm hương, nấm mỡ xắt lát, nấm linh chi tách thành cây. Thịt xông khói cắt khúc. Sau đó nêm nếm gia vị, cho heavy cream, sữa tươi và bột mì vào chảo, đảo thật đều. Thêm nước tương, hạt nêm vào, khuấy cho tan đều và hòa quyện vào nhau. Vì đã có thịt xông khói nên chúng ta không nêm thêm muối ở đây. Để hỗn hợp sôi liu riu tầm 5 phút thì tắt bếp.
Gắp mì ra dĩa, múc hỗn hợp sốt nấm thịt bacon lên, rắc chút tiêu, ngò tây xắt nhỏ là xong. Giờ bạn chỉ việc thưởng thức thôi nè, chúc bạn thành công và ngon miệng với món mì Ý bacon sốt nấm này nha.
