Không quá khó để bạn có thể nghĩ và làm ra món Sườn non chưng tương đậu đen thơm ngon, hấp dẫn, cho bữa cơm gia đình thêm phần đặc sắc. Món sườn dai dai, béo béo này có vài miếng với xương sụn nên ăn giòn sần sật rất thích miệng.
Sườn non heo mua về chặt nhỏ, ngâm trong nước để loại bỏ máu sườn rồi rửa sạch. Tỏi bóc sạch vỏ, đập dập rồi tiến hành băm nhỏ ra.
Cho sườn non heo vào tô, ướp cùng với 30g tương đậu đen, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh dầu hào, 1 củ tỏi băm.
Cho sườn đã ướp ra tô, đặt vào chảo sâu lòng, chế nước vào chảo, đậy nắp rồi đun to lửa. Tùy vào kích thước miếng sườn mà thời giản có thể dao động trong khoảng 12-15 phút nhé!
Sườn non chưng tương đậu đen với những miếng sườn non heo chín béo, dai thơm, tương đậu đen thơm nồng, bùi bùi, cùng hỗn hợp gia vị thanh đạm. Món sườn nên dùng nóng sẽ ngon hơn nhiều nhé!
