Tôm cuộn mì chiên giòn rụm với những con tôm bóc sạch vỏ, ướp chút gia vị, rồi tẩm trứng, bột. Sau đó được cuộn lại bằng sợi mì rồi chiên ngập dầu cho chín vàng giòn là được.
Tôm bóc bỏ vỏ, bỏ chỉ đen. Đun sôi một nồi nước rồi cho mì vào luộc cho mì hơi mềm thì vớt ra xả với nước lạnh hoặc trộn mì với một ít dầu ăn.

Nhẹ nhàng dùng mì cuộn đều con tôm. Đun nóng nhiều dầu ăn trong chảo, cho tôm đã cuộn mì vào chiên ngập dầu cho đến khi chín vàng đều thì vớt ra đĩa có lót giấy thấm dầu là xong.
Tôm cuộn mì chiên giòn rụm dùng nóng là ngon nhất. Khi ăn có thể chấm cùng tương ớt, tương cà hay sốt mayonnaise là tuyệt.
